Do you want a therapist located in North Seattle? I am a Marriage and Family Therapist and I offer counseling services to adults, couples, children and teens.
One of my specialties is working with women who weren't nurtured growing up and find themselves with a hole they are trying to fill. Relationships fall short and they are often disappointed. Learn how to fill this hole and be able to choose and enjoy healthy relationships.
As couples we all need help understanding each other and how to get along as our life and our families lives change. How do we successfully grow old together? How do we know how to love and nurture one another? What are the patterns that most couples go through? Entering into these conversations does not mean your marriage is deeply troubled. It means you are both caring enough to strengthen and improve your most important relationship.
I love working with children and I believe our children and teens are all unique. They need strategies to live in our current society. Anger management, social skills, coping skills do not come naturally for every child. They can feel more confident with tools for an area they struggle with. Sometimes their school setting is not the best match for them. Let me team with you to help them find success. Children and teens who continually feel discouraged and unsuccessful are most likely to make poor choices. Let’s help your child to move in a positive direction.
I would find it a privilege to work with you. Please feel free to call or e-mail me with any questions or to set up an appointment.
